Shri. M.K. Bhat - Full name - Mr. Muthiah Kariabettan, who was the first State Officer from the Badaga Community, who retired as Joint Registrar of Co-op Society and passed away over three decades ago.... Well, my Uncle, Dr. Halayya was a genius....I have read some of his books....and they are great...... I sincerely hope, you will succeed in finding a publisher for my Uncle's book on "Ooty".......
